Reply:Just be yourself. Do what you need to do in order for you to be happy. Decking yourself out in things other people tell you to wear is just stupid honestly. I know what it is like to feel Wanted, but as you grow up and mature you find out that being yourself is the best thing in the world! plus, it's less pressure!
Reply:well just be yourself you dont have to dress to impress. All i have to say is look fresh everyday with your hair done at all times and your clothes pressed and MATCHING. Nail polish- just depends


make up- keep it simple mascara, lip gloss, face powder (too much make up looks like your trying to hard)





You won't find yourself until you go to school but be open to everything as far as school groups go!

Reply:The only way to get people to like you is to be happy with yourself! If you're happy with who you are, take care of yourself, and make an effort to be nice to people, people will like you back. No matter how cute you are, if you're a brat, people won't like you. I promise that that's the key to being "popular", not the brand of your jeans.

Reply:Hi Kaley - it all depends on where you go to school. What is popular in Arizona may be "weird" in North Carolina. The best thing you can do is be yourself and treat everyone the way you want to be treated.

Reply:well hair depending on hair type ....... if its curly then scrnch it if its thick and strait have it layered like from your mid ear down then straiten or scrunch it make up stay light!!!!!! dont cake it on nails try to match your out-fit and if not just clear um out-fitts try to get unique stuff but skirts are innnnnnn now so get some knee length ones or mini jean ones cute jeanes cant go wrong styles 4 less has cute tops

Get active, fill your day with activities like sports or band or whatever you're interested in. People will be attracted to you if you are confident, involved, and caring. All the rest is just window dressing.

Reply:You are so young, but I understand what you want. Since you are 12, I would not wear too much makeup. Maybe curl your eyelashes and wear clear mascara. I would stick with light colors for your lips. Bone Bell has a lot of good lip glosses. If you want to wear stuff on your eyes, then I would stick with light colors as well. Glitter in different colors always looks nice on young girls. You can play that off. I think you should pick up a hair magazine with all the hottest ideas. Reply:first of all, all that stuff with your clothes, hair, etc. doesn't matter in the end. What you should be more concerned about is extracurricular activities, that way you don't meet people who tend to be shallow.
Reply:for some reason middle school kids dont keep styles for more than a month. if u want to be popular make your own style. for example this one girl that went to my school made a back pack out of a cerial box. hahahahahaha dont wory about it middle school is sooo easy.

Reply:I'm in middle school.I'm going in the eighth grade.All I have to say is be yourself.Don't be fake.If you're going to wear makeup wear no more than mascara and lipgloss.As for clicks be the leader and not the follower and be friendly because there IS carma.And try not to make mean slambooks since youll get into trouble.As for 'boys' ignore them.Most of them arent even interested in girls yet.

Being popular isn't all that great. One time, when I was in middle school, I remember I tried to fit in with the "popular people." It didn't work - and I wasn't happy. Luckily, my true friends were there when I came running back to them. My advice to you is just to be yourself. You will find friends who like you for who you are - and you won't have to pretend to be someone you don't want to be.





Also, you're only 12. You don't need to be wearing make up... maybe a little lip gloss is all that you should do. Wear the clothes and shoes that you think are pretty. Paint your nails your favorite color, and wear your hair how you think it looks good.

Reply:Being popular in school is not everything. If you need material things to make someone like you, then why do you want them to be your friend? I think it's better to not be in a clique and just get along with everyone. You will probably make more meaningful friends by getting along with everyone that being in just one crowd. Everyone thinks that you need a certain "look" or attitude to be popular, but popularity isn't everything. People should like you for you, not what you wear. Good luck in middle school!
