The dress is above knee length. My shoes are black sling backs with peep toe. I'm 23 years old. Once upon a time I was very fashion forward. After being pregnant %26amp; in sweats for a year I am VERY out of the loop style-wise. Any help anyone can give will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance :)

That depends on your personality:
*mani / pedi with french tips would be classy, but I think that a pedi with french tips is a little dated
*french mani with colored pedi would be okay too.... once again on color, that depends on you
*or mani pedi of the same color
As far as color, a nice red that complements your skin tone is always nice - especially around the holidays.
For me, I would go with short fingernails in a deep, dark red and a matching pedi (think lauren/audrina on the hills).
For jewlery, that depends on how simple or flashy the dress is cut - that and the neckline. Silver tones will look best with black. I would go with a pretty silver bracelet and dangle earrings - unless the neckline is very wide open or strapless - then I'd tone down the earrings and add a nice necklace, just find one that looks good with the dress.
If the dress is simple, try a long interesting necklace (maybe the kind you can wrap around twice). If the dress is special, use a shorter necklace. And, if you have a simple v-neck and want to accent your cleavage in a classy way, try a delicate y shaped necklace.
