“7'2" man walks into bar wearing a black suit, black belt, black polished shoes...(more)?

...fresh cut black hair, gelled and combed to the side and he's clean-shavened. He orders a scotch %26amp; water. He tells the bartender he's been stranded in the desert…alone…for 5 months. It was hard to find food and water but he managed. After the 5 months a man finds him and gives him enough money for a hot shower, hair cut, the suit and to visit his family. Now he’s in the bar. The bartender says the man is lying, and the bartender is right.” How does bartender know the man is lying?
