i have a pair of boots that i've owned for years. they are now starting to peel and i don't know how to remove it. it's kinda like a rubbery leather material. i have to tried to peel it off but it's sticky and keeps breaking. any suggestions on how to remove it so that i can apply a new layer of shoe polish of some sort.
How to clean "peeling" shoes?
Try heating it up with a hair dryer and peeling a little at a time. Good luck...
Reply:sounds as if the plastic is separating. you've got good use from them. use them as mucking around shoes.
