What color nail polish should i wear with a black dress, with small white, and light pink dots, pink ribbon???

I would either do white tips or soft pink. It really depends on what kind of event you are wearing this to. To something formal I would go for softer pinks or white tips. If its dancing or something more fun and casual, go for the black or even white nails if you want to be a little funky. I personally would just do the white tips. It matches with everything. :-)
