What else could be wrong with my ex girlfriend? doctors please answer!!?

my ex girlfriend was diagnosed bipolar 1 and 2 about five years ago, i met her in a mental hospital when i was there for depression and we got together. From all her actions that i witnessed from the time when we were together, i wander if she is more mentally ill than bipolar. there would be times when she was really manic, full of energy, talking really fast nonstop, wouldnt sleep for days. then she would get really mad and slam doors, break stuff, try to strangle her mom,she would be really mean to me and say things, then she would act loving and happy. she would also get really sad and cry while talking about the past. then there were times when she would storm out the door and take off down the road crying and screaming.then there were times when it felt like she was pushing me away.then there was a time when she wrote all over the doors in her house with shoe polish talking about the past and writing it down on the doors, then there was a time when she was sitting in the mud and

Seeing as there aren't any MDs on at 3am - why don't you go to the doc WITH HER if you care.

A doctor is going to have to see her and speak to her to give you an answer on this one.
Reply:You need to get her some help and fast before she hurts someone or herself. Not taking her medication can be a big part of the problem if she has bipolar disorder. I personaly have been dignosed with bipolar disorder but not to that extreme. If she refuses to take her medication then she should be locked up to get help since she doesn't seem to want to help herself.

If you really love her you will help get her into a hospital, im sure once she is to a normal state of mind she will thank you. Although if she refuses your help she will get upset...

Good Luck!

I know how hard it is to live with this stuff.
Reply:Go with her to the doctor and see what is wrong is the best advice I can give as I am not a doctor either. You can take her to the hospital if you are worried she may harm herself or someone else. Do you know if she has been taking her medication regularly or might have decided she does not need medication? That is something you may want to consider as she would not be acting this erratic if she's been taking her medication at regular intervals.
